We are pleased to announce the addition of two new team members who add depth and strength to our branding capabilities and services.
The Insights and Strategy team has welcomed Tracy Schrauben. Tracy joins us from the Financial Services world where she oversaw a bank rebrand. Fresh out of graduate school, she spent last summer working in the world of consumer products at Johnson & Johnson, analyzing potential category expansion for Clean & Clear. Tracy will be leaping into a variety of strategy projects at Monigle including health care and hotel initiatives. Her experience in marketing, planning, branding, and communication each lend themselves well to not only meeting, but exceeding our clients’ needs with enthusiasm.
“I’m thrilled to have Tracy join the Monigle team as she will bring an intellect and energy around branding that will continue to propel our work forward. Her addition also further establishes our connection back to the Kelley School of Business, a place where we’ve found many talented people in the past.” – Justin Wartell, Managing Director
Tracy recently completed her MBA at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University in Bloomington (making her the third graduate of this prestigious program to join the team!). She loves the art and science of branding; applying rationale that influences emotional behavior. When she is not at Monigle you can find her running, hiking, or dancing―which is her passion. And, if you want to get on her good side? Bring her ice cream, which she has a major weakness for.
Jaclyn Wenaas has joined the team as Marketing Coordinator. Prior to arriving at Monigle, she worked for Placewise Media and Fentress Architects in both account and marketing roles. Jaclyn will be tackling quite a few important projects―from pipeline management and proposal support to content marketing and sales enablement. Her key focus will be to foster meaningful connections and empower marketers and business leaders to build enduring purpose-driven brands that engage in an authentic and meaningful way with their customers and employees across all experiences.
“As organizations recognize the increasing importance of breaking out of their individual siloes to deliver an integrated customer experience, so it becomes ever more important that all of their agency partners understand how the respective pieces of the puzzle (brand, digital, media, operations, customer services, etc.) link together. Jaclyn’s breadth of experience working with architecture and digital firms means she instinctively connects the brand dots; from the cloud to the physical environment. When you factor in passion, creativity, and an entrepreneurial mindset, it is hard not to get excited about Jaclyn’s potential.” – Gabriel Cohen, Chief Marketing Officer
Jaclyn is a graduate of the Miami Ad School San Francisco, Account Planning Bootcamp and from the University of Florida. She is most excited about perfecting the use of branding as a storytelling device and learning from all of the great minds at Monigle. In her free time she likes spending her days outdoors, wake surfing or water skiing, rock climbing, and snow skiing―a true Coloradoan. Jaclyn considers our close proximity to the local Chipotle to be a major perk of the job because burritos are her absolute favorite food.
