With the holidays upon us, a successful 2013 nearly behind us and a new year right around the corner, we look back and look forward with fond memories and eager anticipation. As part of anticipating what will be a wonderful and prosperous new year, we continue to actively recruit the very best in the industry. We are pleased to announce the addition of two new team members who each continue to expand and strengthen our branding capabilities.
Meet Chris Tonay
Chris Tonay has joined our Strategy + Insights team as a Director. His talents lie in using a full range of quantitative and qualitative research techniques to help clients solve business problems and develop winning brands. He has a keen understanding of how to uncover Aha! moments and translate them into actionable ideas that guide growth. Chris possesses a wonderful balance of right and left brain, able to bring together creative with analytics.

Originally from just north of Philadelphia, Chris moved to Denver from New York City in 2007. Most recently, he was with BrandJuice Consulting and QualVu, Inc. When asked what really likes about Monigle he said, “All of the great thinkers and collaboration. There is such a strong desire and ability to problem solve here. Everyone is not only super smart, but incredibly nice. It makes work fun.” When not at Monigle you can find him skiing the back bowls at Vail, playing bass guitar or challenging his mind by participating in 8-12 chess games simultaneously.
Meet Lydia Govinden
Along with Chris, Lydia Govinden has recently arrived at Monigle as the Strategy + Insights team’s newest Project Manager. She joins us after stints at Blue Marlin Asia and Interbrand Singapore. Lydia is smart, insightful, driven and spontaneous, which makes her a fabulous addition to our client experience group. She is fluent in Mandarin and English, which now makes twelve languages spoken at Monigle (in case you’re wondering: French, Swedish, Romanian, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Armenian, Norwegian, English, Bulgarian, Danish and Mandarin!). Her global experience delivers unique insights into brands all over the world, especially in the Asian markets.

Lydia is most excited about making new friends and meeting new people as well as living in the United States for the first time. She is eager to explore the country and is enthusiastic about trying new experiences.
