Carolyn Bugg, Director, Strategy
Carolyn Bugg brings nine years of brand strategy, consumer insights, and strategic communication experience to our team. Her work with top global and national brands such as P&G, The North Face, ConAgra Foods, Kraft, Johnsonville, Mazda, Wendy’s, and Vanguard, has afforded her the unique opportunity to participate in a wide variety of business verticals and initiatives.
Along with being a fantastic cultural addition, Carolyn brings a perspective honed over years of branding work with global organizations in the consumer and business worlds. After several years of focusing on the advertising side of things, Carolyn is most looking forward to “deep diving back into brand building and working from the ground up to create really special brands.”
Originally from Cincinnati, Carolyn has a border-line unhealthy relationship with Notre Dame Football and a deep love for the Cincinnati Reds. Her husband is a Zoologist and as such they have four snakes (Sir. Julius Squeezer, Shere Khan, Princess, and Carlos) and two dogs (Elsa and Viggo).
Mary Kay Lundberg, Associate Director, Client Services
Mary Kay Lundberg brings over 20 years’ experience in digital client services, project management, processes, and marketing communications. A few of her clients have included Microsoft, Procter & Gamble, Amazon.com, Mars, DJO Global, Energy Muse, and McMillin Companies. She will be focusing on identityManager® client services at Monigle.
Mary Kay brings a wildly savvy client service perspective for our growing team, and we’re thrilled to have her step in immediately to help support our global portfolio of digital clients. Originally from Palos Verdes, California, she is thrilled to have relocated to Colorado where her parents are from, numerous family members live, and the source of many, wonderful childhood memories. She loves animals and has an Australian Shepard named Maverick and two cats named Phoebe and Rory.
